Membership renewal time is here!

It’s that time of year again! Jack Frost, Sleigh Bells, Mistletoe and GDASTD annual subscription fees!

All GDASTD memberships expire on 12/31/04 and members have 60 days to renew their membership at renewal rates, after which time new subscription, rather than renewal rates apply. The processing fee is waived for members renewing their membership during the month of December 2004.

Renew online through our web site. Click the Services/Members button to open the Services and Members page. Click the New Membership and Renewals hyperlink. Fill out the information and click on the Submit button. That's how easy it is! Give yourself a gift for the holiday season and renew your membership to the Greater Detroit ASTD Chapter!

People say the nicest things...

"I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone in attendance at last nights meeting. Believe it or not, that warm atmosphere of collegiality relieved a serious case of jitters. I look forward to seeing you all again." - John Leak, recent (Oct. '04) presenter.

"I want exactly what ASTD is already doing, providing various venues for
learning, inspiration, and networking. Both the Detroit and the national ASTD are a hotbed of new developments in the profession and a medium for communicating both the best practices in the profession and the fruits of members' research. The truth be told, ASTD as an organization is so far ahead of my level of development and needs, I'll never require more than what's already being provided. And if I ever catch up to where ASTD is today, it will be when ASTD has already moved forward."
- George Miceli, new member

Resource link project announced

The Greater Detroit Chapter ASTD is pleased to announce that we are putting together a Resource link for GDASTD members. The GDASTD wants to connect our members to a powerful network of tools, templates and samples through its new Resource link.
