Rear of completed speaker. Brace is screwed to cleats in cabinet. Mesh is plastic gutter screening. Shoe molding holds screening in place on the sides; there's a rabbeted recess in the sides beneath the molding. Acoustic fill is polyester fiberfill. Crossover ain't pretty but it works! The homemade coil is a .28mH unit. I could have bought a .3 and taken off a few turns but nooooo, I had to do it the hard way! I used an LC meter to check it, of course. Big foil job is 3.9mH.
